What areas of Your Property are Modified


Adaptive home or office modifications will allow wheelchair bound individuals the ability to enter and move around without any obstacles like steps, doors, bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen.

  • Bathrooms are modified or redesigned for wheelchair access, to avoid injury and is one of our most requested service. The areas addressed when doing bathroom modifications are: doors, bathtubs, showers, toilet seats, sinks, and faucets.

  • Wheelchair ramp installation is necessary in the modification process to allow access into a building and is a service provided to our many customers daily and are built in compliance the A.D.A. standards.

  • Doors are modified to accommodate wheelchair access and if located in a hallway it is modified to allow the turning of a wheelchair.

  • Standard counters in kitchens are modified to allow wheelchair access.

  • Handicapped grab bars are installed in required areas to ensure balance and provide a safe, accessible surrounding.

  • Modification of closets include the widening of doors, the lowering of shelves and rods or adjustable shelves are installed.
